Purpose
Vibro Mount Model VRMT neoprene isolators are precision‑moulded, one‑piece vibration control mounts incorporating encapsulated steel inserts for enhanced durability. Each unit is colour‑coded for quick identification of load capacity and features non‑slip ribbing on the underside to ensure secure placement on supporting surfaces.

The isolators are engineered with

  • Twin bolt‑down holes on the base plate for secure anchorage.
  • Tapped steel top plate for direct attachment to supported equipment.

Manufactured from oil‑resistant neoprene compounds, the mounts are designed to operate within defined strain limits, delivering optimum vibration isolation and extended service life.

Model VRMT provide static deflections of 10–13 mm, available in four sizes and eleven load ratings ranging from 25 kg to 500 kg.

  • One‑piece moulded neoprene construction
  • Encapsulated tapped steel top load plate
  • Encapsulated drilled steel anchor/base plate
  • Load capacities from 25 kg to 500 kg
  • Non‑slip ribbed base surface

Model VRMT neoprene isolators are recommended for the control of vibration generated by:

  • Small pumps and close‑coupled pump sets (≤ 5 H.P.)
  • Ventilation units and packaged low‑pressure air‑handling systems
  • Light mechanical equipment operating at speeds of ≥ 1750 RPM on grade‑supported slabs or piers

They are particularly suited for installations where project specifications call for neoprene or elastomeric isolators with minimum static deflections of 10–13 mm.

  • Isolators shall be moulded from oil‑resistant neoprene compounds.
  • Each unit shall incorporate a cast‑in steel top plate for bolting to supported equipment.
  • Base plate shall include pre‑drilled bolt‑down holes for anchorage to the supporting structure.
  • Underside surfaces shall be ribbed to provide non‑skid contact.
  • Static deflections shall comply with the Vibration Isolation Schedule or project documentation, without exceeding published load ratings.
