Model VMD Isolation Mounts are recommended for isolating vibration and noise from

- Suspended pipework and associated supports

- Light AHU sub‑assemblies (where applicable)
Load ratings available: 25 kg, 55 kg, 100 kg.
Vibration isolators requiring a maximum static deflection of up to 6 mm under operating load conditions shall be elastomer‑in‑shear type mounts comprising:
- A moulded elastomer insert manufactured from oil‑resistant compounds
- A stamped steel load‑transfer cap with extended sleeve
- Colour‑coded elastomer elements to indicate load capacity
- Inserts selected to operate strictly within their published load range
The isolators shall provide a maximum static deflection of up to 6 mm under operating load conditions.
All materials shall be corrosion‑resistant and suitable for use in building services installations.
Isolation mounts shall be Vibro Mount Model VMD or approved equivalent.
