Constructed using high-grade elastomer and natural cork, the VRCP series is available in single or composite-layer formats. The cork interlayer acts as a natural damping medium, improving load distribution and vibration attenuation. With hardness options ranging from 40 to 80 Shore A, these pads are designed to accommodate varying load intensities while preserving material resilience. The elastomer is formulated to resist degradation from oils and moisture, ensuring the pad remains within its elastic operating range throughout its service life.

Deflection capabilities span from 2 mm to 5 mm, supporting effective isolation across a range of equipment types. VRCP Pads are supplied in modular dimensions of 2″, 3″, 4″, 6″, and 9″, along with full-format 18″ (457 mm) square sheets that can be tailored on-site to meet specific installation needs. Their design is particularly suited for mitigating airborne noise, mechanical shock, and high-frequency vibration in non-critical zones or grade-level installations.
Recommended for use in scenarios where mechanical anchoring is not preferred, VRCP Pads are well-suited for HVAC units, rotating machinery, pumps, chillers, generators, and workshop equipment where vibration control is required without complex mounting provisions.
