Flexible connectors consist of an elastomeric hose protected by a stainless steel outer braid and crimped ferrules. They are designed to provide a flexible, pressure‑tight connection between mechanical equipment and pipework, while limiting vibration and noise transmission and accommodating minor misalignment.

- Hose: Material: EPDM elastomer, smooth bore Function: Provides flexibility and internal pressure containment.
- External braid: Material: Stainless steel AISI 304 Function: Reinforces the hose, limits elongation, protects against mechanical damage.
- Ferrules/sleeves: Material: Stainless steel AISI 304 Function: Mechanically crimped to secure braid and hose to end fittings.
